We provide end-to-end services supporting the import of goods from China and other Asian countries. Owing to the direct contact of our agents with the manufacturers, we are able to guarantee high quality of the imported goods and the choice of optimal solutions.

The scope of our service covers the entire import process, from the preparation of a business inquiry, carrying out negotiations with a manufacturer, through the supervision of the production process, to the organization of transport and customs clearance. Luna specializes in the full container order volumes, however, we import also smaller quantities.

After the negotiations with the manufacturer are over, the factory may begin the production process, which is based on the customer's guidelines and monitored by our agents. Once the production stage has been completed, our representatives carry out an on-site inspection of the manufactured batch to make sure that the customer's requirements are fulfilled. If the inspection results are satisfying, we move on to the last stage, i.e. subcontracting our verified partners to carry out transport and customs procedures.
