In the initial stage of the order realization we ask the customer to give us a very detailed technical specification of the goods they wish to import and the expected prices. Having obtained this information, we commence negotiations with the manufacturers to specify the terms of payment and delivery, minimum order quantities, prices, etc.

During the negotiations stage we usually order samples from one or more selected manufacturers, so that our customers have the possibility of personal verification of the product quality, and therefore can make a conscious decision to commence the production stage.

If applicable, we send to the manufacturers production samples delivered by our customers to guarantee that the order will strictly comply with the requirements, and also to enable the factory to give us the exact quotation.

We help the customer make the final choice of the manufacturer, based on the analysis of costs and terms of production.
